ORDERS, PRICES & CANCELATIONS
All orders placed by the Buyer are subject to acceptance by the Seller and may not be canceled or rescheduled without the Seller’s written consent. Refunds are permissible only in instances of technical malfunction; for comprehensive details, please refer to the Return & Refunds section. Pricing: Product prices are as specified on the website. Please be advised that due to continuous product upgrades, the received unit may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. You hereby acknowledge your awareness of the product disclaimer as stated on the product page.
LIABILITY
The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, etc. The Buyer’s recovery from the Seller for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected products, regardless of the nature of the claim. The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Seller harmless from any claims arising from compliance with the Buyer’s instructions, modifications by anyone other than the Seller, or use in combination with other products.
TAXES
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller, all quoted prices exclude transportation, insurance, duties, and all applicable taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, and local sales, excise, value-added, goods, and services taxes). The Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller against any tax liability, including penalties and interest, associated with the sale. When applicable, transportation and taxes will be itemized separately on the Seller’s invoice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Only products originally shipped from AXAIR or an authorized supplier are eligible for return. Products must be unused unless approved for failure analysis/warranty evaluation by an AXAIR representative.
Grace Period for Returns: Customers have a grace period of 10 days after receiving the product to initiate a return for unused items.
Return Process:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased directly from AXAIR or an authorized supplier. Additionally, the product must be unused, unless specifically approved for failure analysis or warranty evaluation by an AXAIR representative.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within the 10-day grace period after receiving the product. They can do so through our designated contact channels, which can be found on our website.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the return request, AXAIR will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the product is approved for return, the customer will be notified of the approval status.
- Refund Process: If the return is approved, AXAIR will issue refunds via the original payment method within 48 hours of approval. Please note that for credit card refunds, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Shipping Costs: Please be aware that the shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, not AXAIR. This includes both the cost of returning the product to AXAIR and any associated shipping fees. Please note that any transaction fees collected by payment providers (e.g., credit card fees, payment gateway fees) cannot be refunded. These fees are non-recoverable from the payment providers, and therefore, the deducted amount will not be included in your refund.
Important Note: The grace period of 10 days begins from the date the customer receives the product, as confirmed by the shipment tracking information. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

WARRANTY
The Seller warrants that the Products will conform to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications. In the event of a breach of this warranty, the Buyer’s remedy is limited to (1) refund of the purchase price (without interest), (2) repair of the Products, or (3) replacement of the Products, subject to Seller’s discretion. Such Products must be returned to the Seller, along with proof of purchase, within 14 days from the date of delivery, with transportation charges prepaid. Warranty does not apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or soldering.
6-Month Warranty on Failures: In addition to the above, there is a 6-month warranty on failures. If the product experiences a failure within 6 months from the date of delivery, the Buyer may also be eligible for warranty coverage. The specifics of this coverage, including repair, replacement, or refund, will be determined by the Seller. However, please note that the 6-month warranty on failures also does not apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or soldering.
It’s important to understand that the warranty coverage for both the 14-day return window and the 6-month warranty on failures is subject to these conditions. Buyers are encouraged to review the warranty terms and conditions for complete details regarding their rights and responsibilities in the event of a warranty claim.
DELIVERY TERMS
Customers can expect delivery times when placing an order as noted on the product page. If an item is in stock, we will process and ship it as soon as possible. However, certain circumstances beyond our control may make it impossible to meet the specified lead time.
We sincerely apologize for any delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order, customers agree that lead times may be extended without prior notice in exceptional cases. Please rest assured that we will always do our very best to meet the lead time expectations and provide timely updates whenever possible.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller is not liable for non-fulfillment or delays due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes, etc.), which shall be considered an event of force majeure, excusing the Seller from performance and barring remedies for non-performance. In such events, the Seller’s time for performance shall be extended equivalently, without incurring any liability or penalty, and the Seller may cancel the remaining performance by notifying the Buyer without any liability or penalty.
